Stockton Flats Yellow Post Campsites

High clearance, 4WD is definitely recommended to get to this set of campsites because you will hit patches of very rocky and sandy conditions. Once here, you will find several tree-shaded campsites.

Stockton Flats Yellow Post Campsites is popular with 4WD clubs who roll far up Lytle Creek for a weekend camp out.

Campfires require a Calfiornia Campfire Permit which is the law all across the state. You can get one for free online just by watching a video and filling out a form at the Ready for Wildfire Website.

There are no restroom facilities here, you will have to either bring a shove and dig a hole, or have your own porta-potty, if your vehicle does not have its own toilet.
