Camping at Willow Creek Campground

Willow Creek Campground provides a quiet, peaceful area in the pines. It’s located approximately 30 miles from the town of Glenwood, which has the nearest fuel station. Willow Creek is nestled in the canyon under tall pines alongside a stream.

NM 159 (Bursum Road) has extremely difficult driving conditions from milepost 12, just past the town of Mogollon to mile marker 17. High clearance, 4-wheel drive vehicles are strongly recommended. An alternate route is south from Reserve, via FR 141 and south on FR 28. This is an unpaved, improved two-track road.

There is a turn-around at the end of the campground, but this has been washed out from the stream. RVs will not be able to turnaround in this campground if all campsites are taken.

There are no trash cans at this campground.
