Camping at Bobcat Meadow Campground
Bobcat Meadow Campground is located within the Corral Canyon OHV Area and provides a camping opportunity convenient to several connecting trails. Campsites are nestled amidst Live Oak groves with views of chaparral and desert for miles with cooler temperatures and wide-spanning views as would be expected at its higher elevation. Trails can be accessed just outside the campground, which connect to all the trails in the greater OHV Area.
This campground generally stays light in terms of number of campers. You can usually get a campsite during the weekend. Most of these sites are small, but there are a few that can accommodate rigs up to 27 feet in length.
The access road (Los Pinos Rd) into Bobcat Meadow Campground is a narrow strip of asphalt. You want to start at Buckman Springs Rd, and take Corral Canyon Tl. It’s a 6.9 mile drive to the campground from here. Once you reach the campground, Los Pinos Rd continues on as dirt and gets very rutted.
