Bridge Flat Campground is a free, dispersed campground operated by Klamath National Forest. This was at one time a developed campground with picnic tables and fire rings, but they have since been removed. There is room for large RVs here, but the campground itself is small.

Camping at Bridge Flat Campground

Access to Bridge Flat Campground starts at the town of Fort Jones at the intersection of CA-3 and Scott River Road. From here, drive west 17.0 miles to the campground entrance on the river side. The route is paved all the way in.

This campground is used primarily as a launch point for river rafting and kayaking, and is also a popular swimming hole in the summer.
