Teton Basin Ranger District
Caribou-Targhee National Forest
Forest Road 239 is a free developed campground offered by Caribou-Targhee National Forest. The road parallels Mike Harris Creek. There are only four campsites with picnic tables and fire rings, available first-come, first-serve. The sites can accommodate full-sized RVs, however the turnaround at the end of the road is small, and can only handle small to medium-sized trailers. Note, this is not the same as Mike Harris Campground nearby, which is a fee site.
