Grider Creek Campground is a free, developed campground offered by Klamath National Forest. With 10 secluded campsites for tents, small RV's and trailers, there are tables, fire rings and vault restrooms. Located along the Pacific Crest Trail, it's primarily a campground for hikers. Parking is also available for day use and horse trailers.

Camping at Grider Creek Campground

Access to Grider Creek Campground is along Grider Creek Road, at the elbow in the road. You start at Klamath River Highway (CA-96) and turn south along Walker Creek Road, then take an immediate right at Grider Road. From here, drive 2.4 miles where the road changes names to Grider Creek Road, and continue on. Another 2.3 miles and you’ll find the entrance to the campground.

There are no trash cans at the campground, and no potable water. Bears and mountain lions are frequently seen throughout the area.

Campsites are small, intended for tents, SUVs, vans, and pickup truck campers. Small trailers are okay.
