Free Camping Along the Klamath River
Skeahan Bar River Access is a free, boondocking area offered by Klamath National Forest. It's primarily a launch point for river rafters and kayakers, but has a wide, flat area where dispersed camping is allowed. There are some picnic tables, but otherwise no marked campsites. Full sized RVs can easily fit into this camp.

Camping at Skeahan Bar River Access
Located along Klamath River Highway (CA-96), there are four entrances into the campground. The closest town with amenities is going to be Yreka, CA, about 16 miles to the south. Originally named Virginia Bar, this area was a gold mining claim in the late 1800s. There are no trash cans on site.
There is room for about 10 to 15 campers, depending on how large the vehicles are.
