Levelland RV Park, Levelland, TX

One of Levelland's special use parks, this park is reserved for recreational vehicles. This RV Park is located south of Levelland on Highway 385, adjacent to Levelland Municipal Airport and includes seven paved spots with access to water and electricity. It's intended for short-term visitors to Levelland and is free of cost.

Coleman RV Park, Brownfield, TX

Coleman RV Park is owned and managed by the City of Brownfield. It's a free facility for visitors to Brownfield. No reservations are accepted for this park; available spaces are on a first-come, first-serve basis. There are a total of 12 available stalls with 16-30 amp power supplies, a dumping station, and Wi-Fi connection.

City RV Parking Area, La Mesa, TX

This small RV Park is located inside Forrest Park, in the City of La Mesa, TX. It has eight (8) total sites, all of which are back-in sites. Six (6) of those sites offer 30 amp electrical hookups, and one (1) offers 50 amp. Each site has water hookups, and there is a dump station. No reservations required.

Yoakum County Park, Denver City, Texas

This county park boasts free RV camping with free electrical hookups and potable water, as well as a dump station. There are six electrical boxes, two on each wooden pole. All RV camping is parked next a yellow metal railing. There are no reservations, first come, first serve, though there are rarely anyone camped here.

Andrews County Chamber of Commerce RV Park

This is a small RV park with five sites, completely free to use, with no reservations, including electrical and water hookups and dump station. It's all located on a paved parking lot behind the Andrews County Chamber of Commerce building. You are requested to register inside the Chamber of Commerce office, but if you arrive after hours, you don't have to register.

Buffalo Creek Reservoir, Iowa Park, Texas

There is free camping allowed at the boat ramp area of Buffalo Creek Reservoir, about a mile west of Iowa Park, TX. The boat ramp facility is operated by the City of Iowa Park, TX, even though it is outside city limits. There are no marked campsites, no other amenities.

Red Bluff Dam Park, Orla, Texas

Red Bluff Dam and Reservoir is located on the Pecos River in Loving and Reeves counties. Red Bluff Reservoir is 50 miles from Pecos, Texas, and 40 miles from Carlsbad, New Mexico. Red Bluff Reservoir is privately owned and operated by the Red Bluff Water Power Control District. The district operates a park and campground at the southern tip of the reservoir next to the dam. Free camping with no reservations or permits.

Soldiers Bluff Park, Lake Whitney, Texas

Soldiers Bluff Park is located on the west end of the Whitney Dam on State Highway 22. There are 14 camp/picnic sites in Soldiers Bluff Park. There is one restroom (with toilet facilities only) and a day use group pavilion. Camping, group, and picnic facilities are free and available on a first come-first serve basis. The gates are opened at 6:00 a.m. and are closed at 10:00 p.m. There is a night exit that allows campers to exit the park after hours.

Walling Bend Park, Lake Whitney, Texas

Walling Bend Park is located on the west side of Whitney Lake off of FM 2841. The campground has 10 camp/picnic sites, one group pavilion, two restrooms (with toilet facilities only), and two, double lane boat ramps. All picnicking, boat launching, group, and camping facilities are free.

Steele Creek Park, Lake Whitney, Texas

Steele Creek Park is located on the west side of the lake off of FM 56 near Lakeside Village, Texas. The park has 21 camp/picnic sites with ground cookers. Water faucets are located throughout the park. There are two restrooms (with toilet facilities only) and two boat ramps in the park. Camping, picnicking, and boat launching facilities are free.
